Onboarding The Farmers



Farmers will be onboarded through a network of commissioned sales representatives in their coffee growing region.

Through the onboarding process, Our representative will conduct an interview with the farmer and take photographs of the farm, at which point our content team will create a biography page for that specific farmer to populate the QR code page.

We will provide farmers with basic training on how to use the seller portal of the platform, which will include information on how to upload a crop and visualize an incoming order with instructions on next steps.

Through this process, our representative will discuss a preferred method of payment, and their finances will be trackable through the seller portal.
